Manufactured for rough conditions
Our toolboxes are made with durability in mind. We know dirt roads and uneven terrain come with the job, and that’s why our boxes are made from aluminium sheets up to 3mm thick. The doors are welded with an internal stiffener for extra rigidity. The body joints and internal brackets are also welded. This box isn’t buckling one bit no matter how many times you hit that pothole!
Weather and environment resistant
AusBox toolboxes have a full rubber door seal that prevents water and dirt from getting through the cracks while driving, and causing corrosion and rust over time. Our boxes can also be mounted on 50mm spacers so that you can wash the dirt and grime build up underneath them.
Reliable
You won’t be cursing over jammed drawer slides with our high functioning drawer system, designed for unsteady conditions. The drawers are mounted on skid channels with no bearings. They offer smooth operation as they’re fitted with PTFE glide strips.
Secure
Our boxes are fitted with drop locks and stainless steel pans and handles, each lockable by key. If you have multiple boxes we can design all locks to be openable by the same key.
For suburban-based tradies
We also offer toolboxes made from 1.5mm electrolytically galvanised steel, for tradies less concerned by rough travelling conditions.These boxes feature drawers with ball bearing runners which work a treat on even ground. They also include additional padlocks for drawers and doors, on top of Stainless Euroinox folding T-locks. No matter what side of town your vehicle is parked, your equipment will be safe!
